Payment
Payment is in € (Euro) and is done upfront via PayPal or Ko-fi before I begin your commission. Prices are based on feral animal characters and may increase depending on complexity, accessories, or subject. Extra characters are +75% of the base price.
Client Use & Rights
All artwork is for personal use only unless discussed otherwise beforehand. You may use your commission as a profile picture, banner, or for character pages. If you post my artwork, proper credit is required.
My work may not be used for commercial purposes without permission and an additional fee. It is also strictly forbidden to use my artwork for NFTs or AI training.
Adopts / Designs
For adopts and designs, you are free to rename the character, change their gender, and make small design edits (such as minor markings or accessories). You are also encouraged to create your own lore, stories, or even comics with them. However, major changes to the design are not allowed. Designs may be resold or traded, but not for more than the original price unless additional artwork is included. Please always credit Vixwyn as the original designer.
Turnaround Time (TAT) / Refunds
My turnaround time varies depending on complexity and my schedule. Commissions may take anywhere from a few days to over a month. I will keep you updated if there are delays, and you are welcome to ask for updates.Refunds are available if I have not started the commission yet. Once I have begun working, refunds depend on how much progress has been made, and no refunds are given after the lineart stage. Adopts are non-refundable. If I need to cancel a commission, you will receive a refund unless the cancellation is due to rule-breaking or inappropriate behavior.By commissioning me or purchasing a design, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
